Package Your Item

Place the item in its original dust bag and protective packaging, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached to the product.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop your package at the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
